Aaron Mann

Bio:

Aaron has over 20 years of experience in the medical device and pharmaceutical services industries across a variety of leadership roles. Before joining Windgap as the CEO in 2023, Aaron served as the founding CEO of Kindeva Drug Delivery, a complex drug CDMO focused on respiratory and transdermal combination products. He built Kindeva in partnership with 3M and Altaris Capital Partners following 3M’s divestiture in 2019. He has prior executive leadership roles at Phillips-Medisize, 3M, and Remedi SeniorCare, starting his career at the global consultancy, Bain & Company. He holds an MBA from the Harvard Business School and a BA from Carleton College.
