Bio:

Andy Rogers leads business development at Key Tech, a Baltimore-based product development firm that partners with pharmaceutical and biotechnology leaders to design and deliver drug delivery and combination products. He brings a decade of hands-on product development experience to programs with organizations including BD, Genentech, SHL and AstraZeneca to name a few, translating complex therapies into practical, patient-centered solutions across manufacturing, packaging, and administration.

Key Tech's work focuses on the problems when there is no clear solution - high-viscosity biologics, large-volume delivery, reconstitution, and novel systems no off the shelf device answers. Key Tech's practice spans in vitro diagnostics, medical devices, and life science tools alongside drug delivery, and that cross-market vantage point is often what breaks a stalled program open. The emphasis throughout is on reframing complexity into actionable strategy that accelerates development and improves patient outcomes.

He holds engineering degrees from Lafayette College and Johns Hopkins University.
