Bryan Dillon

Bryan Dillon is an External Manufacturing Operations Lead, Devices at UCB, where he leads the operational strategy and governance for UCB's global network of contract manufacturers supporting custom and platform-based drug delivery devices. With more than 20 years in medical device and pharmaceutical operations, he brings deep expertise in engineering, new product introduction, and operations. Based in the Greater Boston area, Bryan is active in the Central Massachusetts life sciences community and regularly engages in events focused on drug delivery and manufacturing innovation.
