Bio:
Dustan Bonnin is Founder and CEO of Paretor, a materials science company manufacturing engineered nanocolloids for the life sciences. He has more than 30 years of experience spanning biotechnology research and development, drug delivery, immunology, oncology, intellectual property, corporate strategy, entrepreneurship, and technology commercialization.
Dustan began his career in laboratory research and has contributed to scientific publications in immunology, autoimmune disease, DNA delivery, and cancer, as well as numerous patent families covering therapeutic and drug-delivery technologies. He is a registered U.S. patent agent and has held scientific, technology-development, and strategic leadership roles at biotechnology companies including Praecis Pharmaceuticals, Peptimmune, and TransCode Therapeutics.
He holds an MBA in Entrepreneurship from Babson College and has advised entrepreneurs and emerging companies on strategy, commercialization, and value creation.
Dustan founded Paretor to develop a scalable manufacturing approach for non-crystalline nanomaterials and currently leads the development and commercialization of the ETAERION™ technology. His work focuses on translating engineered materials across bioprocessing and therapeutic applications, including cellular stress resilience and intracellular delivery.
