Ester is a multidisciplinary scientist and Director of Strategic Innovation at Chiesi USA, focused on identifying breakthrough technologies for rare disease patients. She is an MIT Technology Review 35 Innovators Under 35 awardee for developing an oral insulin pill at MIT, she advises global startups, speaks seven languages, and champions women’s career development in science.
