Greg Thay, BEng (Hons)

Bio:

Greg is the founder of THAY Medical and a Principal Human Factors Consultant. He started his career in medical device design before progressing through to Project Management. At this point in his career a brief foray into Quality Management preceded a start in Human Factors Engineering in 2007 for a large US-based medical device organization. After a few years, he decided to partner into a Cambridge-based consultancy in the UK where drug delivery devices were commonly focused upon. After several years leading this consultancy, he formed THAY Medical. In the first ten years, the focus was general but since 2025 the focus is purely drug delivery devices. His passion is the future of healthcare and how user behaviors affect compliance, use success, use safety and clinical outcomes through Human Factors Engineering at its highest level. Greg externally trains for a management consultancy and presents on this subject world-wide.
