Bio:

Hayley Park, PharmD, is senior vice president and chief pharmacy officer at Blue Shield of California, a nonprofit health plan with more than $28 billion in annual revenue, serving nearly 6 million members in the state’s commercial, individual, and government markets.

With nearly three decades of experience in healthcare administration and managed care, Park has built a career focused on advancing innovative, integrated pharmacy services that improve affordability, clinical outcomes, and patient experience.

At Blue Shield, Park leads strategy and operations for Blue Shield’s prescription drug management programs across all lines of business. She is also responsible for delivering innovative, high performing pharmacy services and ensuring collaboration across Blue Shield, strategic vendors, and affiliates.

Prior to Blue Shield, she served as vice president of Pharmacy Operations and Services for Kaiser Permanente, helping lower prescription drug costs for members by improving how medications were selected and managed, especially for complex and high-cost treatments.

Park is passionate about redesigning pharmacy care to better support whole-person health through technology, AI-enabled care models, and more transparent, consumer-centered healthcare experiences.

She holds an MBA from Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management, completed a Fellowship in Pharmacoeconomics from the University of Illinois at Chicago, and earned both her Doctor of Pharmacy and Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy degrees from the University of Toronto.
