Bio:
Kanika Suri, PhD, leads Drug Product, CMC development at Soufflé Therapeutics, advancing novel programs from concept to clinical supply. Her experience spans modalities including proteins and nucleic acids, and delivery platforms including lipid and polymeric nanoparticles, across parenteral, oral, and topical routes. She previously led Drug Product and CMC development for preclinical and pipeline programs at Takeda Pharmaceuticals.
With deep R&D experience spanning preclinical through Phase 3, Dr. Suri translates scientific insight into pragmatic, patient-centric, phase-appropriate solutions. Her academic research addressed macromolecule delivery challenges from two directions: a novel oral platform for nucleic acids during her PhD, and bioactive permeation enhancers during her Master’s.
Passionate about patient-friendly therapies for debilitating conditions, Dr. Suri pairs scientific rigor with purpose-driven leadership to advance the next generation of therapies.
