Okke Franssen is Sr Vice President Long Acting Injectables & Head of Nanomi BV, a Lupin group company focused on the development of precision-controlled long-acting injectable (LAI) technologies. He is responsible for driving Nanomi's strategy, operations, partnerships, and growth initiatives while supporting the translation of innovative drug delivery technologies into commercially viable therapeutic solutions.

Nanomi specializes in proprietary microsphere and nanoparticle technologies designed to address challenges associated with long-acting injectable products, including particle-size control, release-profile optimization, injectability, and manufacturing scalability. Under Okke's leadership, Nanomi continues to expand collaborations with pharmaceutical and biotechnology partners seeking differentiated approaches to lifecycle management, patient adherence, and long-term therapeutic outcomes.

With extensive experience in pharmaceutical innovation, business development, and strategic partnerships, Okke has worked across multidisciplinary teams to advance development programs from concept to commercialization. His focus is on creating shared value for patients, partners, and healthcare systems by enabling the development of next-generation long-acting therapies.
