Bio:
Seth Forster is a member of the Discovery Pharmaceutical Sciences team at Merck Research Laboratories, based in West Point, PA, working at the interface of drug discovery and development. He has training in chemical engineering and polymer science and over 20 years of experience developing drug products across a wide range of modality, routes of delivery, and stages of development. He has more than thirty publications and filed patents.
He is particularly interested in long-acting injectable technology, with previous experience taking the islatravir implant from concept to clinical studies and is currently working on long acting injectables for infectious disease and ophthalmology with greater than six month duration of therapy.
