Stacey Backlund, RAC, is a Director, Regulatory Affairs, Medical Devices at Novartis. She has responsibility for developing worldwide regulatory strategies related to Novartis drug delivery devices and combination products. Prior to Novartis, Stacey led the US and EU filings for an ocular drug-delivery devices at Orbit Biomedical and has extensive experience in medical device product quality and quality systems.
Stacey holds a BS in bioengineering from the Pennsylvania State University.
