Tomáš Kment

Tomáš Kment is Managing Director and Site Manager of Haselmeier Czech Republic, part of medmix. He leads the Czech site with a focus on business growth, people development and expanding manufacturing capabilities for drug delivery devices. His priorities include developing strong teams, aligning site strategy with customer needs and ensuring that growth is supported by quality, reliable supply and operational performance.

Since joining medmix in 2023, he has progressed through industrial engineering and operations project management into site leadership. His experience includes international production transfers, industrialization and continuous improvement in medical device manufacturing.

Before joining medmix, Tomáš worked as an Operations Consultant at McKinsey & Company, focusing on manufacturing and supply chain management. He also gained experience in advanced manufacturing technologies within Toyota Motor Europe’s production engineering Innovation team in Brussels.

Tomáš holds a master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from the Czech Technical University in Prague and a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification. He combines technical expertise, consulting experience and practical leadership to develop people, strengthen operations and support sustainable business growth.
