Core Annular Flow Unlocks Low-Force Delivery of Viscous Drug Products up to 1,000 cP and 400 mg/mL

1. CoFlo has demonstrated delivery of aqueous biologics at concentrations up to 400 mg/mL. This unlocks high-concentration, high-dose SC delivery without requiring extensive drug product reformulation. 
2. CoFlo's Core Annular Flow approach overcomes the high-concentration viscosity challenge by surrounding the drug product with a sheath fluid in the needle, so that the drug product never touches the needle. This results in 100x lower injection forces and enables delivery of viscous, high-concentration drug products up to and beyond 1,000 cP.
