Enabling Technologies for the Next Generation of Oral Peptide Therapeutics

Cyprumed will present about an oral peptide tablet technology enabling double digit oral bioavailability and reduced negative food impact. The tablet technology is based on FDA inactive ingredients and easy to produce at relatively low cost. Examples with different peptides such as macrocyclic peptides and GLP-1 peptides will be presented. Results from fasted vs fed studies in different species will be discussed.
