Session details:
Solving the core limits of PLGA microspheres
- Attendees will see how InnoLAMP™, a three-step continuous process built on membrane emulsification, reaches 45–60% drug loading with minimal initial burst. This gives formulation and CMC teams a practical path to smaller injection volumes and a scalable, reproducible manufacturing process.
Human proof across three countries
- We will present repeat-dose Phase 1 data for GB-5001, a once-monthly donepezil, for the first time. The data cover steady-state PK and an integrated safety analysis of four studies in Canada, Korea and Indonesia. It is a clinical benchmark that partners can use to judge platform risk when they plan long-acting versions of their own molecules.
Extending particle engineering to biologics
- We will give an early look at InnoBioLAMP™, which forms antibody particles for SC suspensions of up to 750 mg/mL. We will also discuss how pharma partners can work with us through licensing, co-development or GMP manufacturing.
